So today the Dolphins started wearing black jerseys by the team that won the previous day's practice. Campbell is having the 1's go against the 1's in practice. So far I love everything he is doing. I think the black jersey is part of a swagger...

I wish we'd incorporate a black jersey into our regular uni. scheme - Only to be worn during night or away games of course...Black can add to a team's intimidation...

While I love our all white ''storm trooper'' jerseys, I agree on the intimidation factor, but I think a nice dark ''smoke'' jersey would be just as good.

Man, we'd look BAD-ASS with uni's like that...I don't care what anyone says, just like a team takes on the persona of their Coach, i think the same can hold true for what a team is sporting..

Agree, DP... I love our current uni's, but something with more attitude would be welcome as well. UF, we can only change or introduce something new ever 5 years I think. Would be 2017 or 2018 before we could do that.

It's every three years and this year is the first year of the new throwback uni so it will be 2018 before we'll see anything else. With the exception of a league wide alternate uni that is in the works now for next year. I suspect a camo uni to be part of the military recognition the NFL does every year.

Yeah I loved the U smoked jerseys.Shame they only had one year. I loved all of their unis last year. Hate this year except the all white they wore against Cincinnati with the chrome facemask and U.

Agree... and gray fits right into the Dolphins color scheme more than pure black. They've shown a new orange jersey from Nike twice that they've yet to unveil for games.

Yes, but a nice sleek dark gray would look nice IMO and is close to the real color of a Dolphin anyway. ;-)

I am happy with our color scheme of aqua and orange. Aqua for the color of the ocean since thats where Dolphins live and orange for the sun since we are in the sunshine state. The only changes I might make are changing the helmets to aqua instead of white and adding a little more orange like on the socks and on the jersey sleeves.

No thanks. I'm a die hard traditional and would rather see the uniforms of the 70s. Great teams don't change their uniforms. Irrelevant teams do.

Disagree, but regardless, our primary colors will always be Aqua, Orange, Navy, and White. Putting those on different background doesn't change that.

I like the idea behind the black jerseys but would not like to see them in a game. However, a gray uni with aqua and orange highlights sounds really good. Even the aqua jersey with a gray pants would look cool. Something we could wear in Buffalo in the snow. I also really like DF's helmet.
