Those are two pretty ugly drafts right there (Especially the 08 draft) but if you ever truly want to be sick to your stomach go back through our history and break down most all of our drafts, just make sure you have a strong stomach - You've been warned!

I actually hate 'Hindsight Drafts' or 'Draft Re-Do's' - Every franchise can go back, do one of these & imagine how much better they could've been..That being said the ugly draft or missed picks have been our rule rather than our exception and it didn't start with Ireland; Shula had some terrible drafts (John Bosa, Rick Graf, Eric Kumerow??) same as Jimmy Johnson who passed on Randy Moss - We also as an organization took Ronnie Brown at #2 overall when Aaron Rodgers was still on the table and passed on guys like Anquan Bolden & Drew Brees (TWICE!!) It's no small wonder that this organization is as bad as it is; for the majority of our at bats, we've struck out nearly every time we've stepped up to the plate!
