Passionate and Bravado yes! Want improved offense with a running game to boot? Great RB coach and would employ a man to man blocking shceme which would mean maulers for Oline. In order for this to work he needs to hire a good DC like Shwartz cause his defense sucked as a HC!

I think with Tannenbaum in control they can tame his arrogance.. His passion, offense and the fact that it's time for us to hire a minority. Heck he is doing wonders with a boring Andy Dalton so what do you say?

Hue is a good coach, I am just not sold as a HC. He's just outside of my short list, but he can have no player personnel authority. Someone else must shop for his groceries.

Yes agree about not letting him shop for groceries. Last time he played GM he gave away 2 first round picks.

What do you guys think about Doug Marrone? He built the Bills into what they are out of nothing and taught them to play aggressive tough defense. Rex just inherited what he has now, and he will run it into the ground soon enough, but Marrone built it out of nothing. He is currently an assistant with JAX.

Personality conflict with GM. Not football related. Same reason Shotenheimer left SD after a 14-2 season. If we were 14-2 and my GM didn't like my coach, I'd fire the GM!!!

I believe he had a clause that allowed him to take the last year of his contract money and run. With the owners not extending his contract on his last year he did exactly that.

I don't like what he did in Buffalo, and that could hurt him with getting another HC job for a while. Owners are a tight group.
