Thats what we need. I am done with Philbin this entire coaching staff, the front office, Tannehill and most of the players. This season is turning into a dumpster fire. We need to clean house. No more half measures of just firing Philbin but keeping Tannenbaum and Hickey. This team will never play for Philbin. Also I have been patient with Tannehill but its become painfully obvious that he is never going to lead us anywhere. The QB position just does not come naturally to him. He can throw for all the meaningless yards he wants but we don't score points. I am not even angry anymore. I have become numb to this mess.

No, you need to get rid of them all, this is why we suck, we fire the gm and keep the coach, we fire the coach and keep the gm. We need to fire everyone!!! What has hickey done besides Landry? James played ok last year, but sucks this year. Look what tannenbaum done? Well he ran the stej into the ground, drafted Sanchez when all his personel people told him not to. He gave quarterback money to a position (not a player) that don't warrant it. I bet he hires Eric Mangini as head coach if we fire philbin. Is that what you want???? We need to blow this up totally, not just half assed.Comment

Yes I agree, that is what I am saying. No more half measures. We all know that Philbin and his coaching staff will be gone after this season but we also need to get rid of Tannenbaum and Hickey. I would hire a football czar and let him hire the coach and the GM. I know we can't purge the entire roster but a good football evaluator will know who to get rid of and who to keep. I would cut my losses with Tannehill and would trade him. Draft a QB and build the roster up in a sensible manner.Originally posted by jrt13 View PostComment

THAT is exactly why Tannenbaum has to go along with EVERYONE else!! He will turn this team into the Jets and run it deeper into the ground then it already is. We already had as Jets Fan running this team (Parcells) and I recall that didn't work out so well.
