  • HOW does a team have BEASTS end to end on the D-Line and get RUN over?

The TEAM has ONE sack after TWO games!
On paper, we should have had more than that in the first quarter of the first game!
Suh is a beast, and Wake is a monster, we've ALL seen this in recent years,

so WTH has Coyle done to them?

He plays a ineffective scheme! Dion Jordan is a perfect example in How Coyle has no idea what he's doing.. Or, he's on the Patriots pay roll......

That's the question, how do you come to Miami and then end up a bust....

      Players or System?

It has to be the System, we couldn't stop the run last year, add Suh and we still can't stop the run....

The Miami Dolphins have no idea what they're doing from the top down..

Players are too busy with gum wrappers and tying shoe strings. No time for football.

So, after the Bills and the Jets both put over 30 pts on our defense, will Philbin replace Coyle? That's the question. Unfortunately we know the answer already. 😩

Didn't replace him after the season when he plenty of evidence Coyle was horrid

Looks like Philbin and Coyle will ride this one into the ground. It's sad..there is enough talent on this roster to be a very good team. With them in charge we get dominated by the Redskins and Jags. Two teams that mustered 7 wins together last season.

Coyles should take a look at what Detroit did last year with Mosley and Suh and put Phillips in there as well. Get Misi back into the middle. We were better last year with him at Mike than Sheppard.

Wake was out of the game the entire second half and OV has always been a bit over rated. Now that he's been fighting an ankle injury he was a waste of snaps. The penalty on OV was stupid as well. I'd like to see us trade OV if possible as Shelby and Fede can take his snaps.

Was hoping we'd stay healthy this season, but it's just not the case...

Agreed that the D Line has talent....no excuse for the start of this season. But, I take issue with the repeated Mantra that this team has "too much talent" to do this and that...do what...win a SuperBowl...Go to the Pro Bowl? .sorry, I don't think so.......and it is all the coaches fault. First, yes, the coaches are Junior Varsity so I am not giving them any pass whatsoever. It is there job to coach up a solid scattered bunch of players But, we have pockets of talent and weak links throughout. Plus, we are very thin in depth. We have solid NFL players, but I would not be throwing around the "too much talent" logo as a byline under the jumping Dolphin. We need more talent, on OL, at LB, at defensive backfield............that is a core-bowling alley of weakness right up the middle in my book.

We have a D-Line of starters, and backups that COULD start if needed. It's the single STRONGEST squad on the roster. (player-wise). But we are WORSE there than last season...

I'd rather have a drunk Denzel flying my plane than this coaching staff coaching the Fins.

This team has no sack. That's the problem.
                  Can we sign this guy?

As someone said in another thread Coyle has done the impossible.
