RotoWorld :
Dolphins activated second-round CB Xavien Howard (knee) off the active/PUP list.
Howard needed surgery after suffering a minor knee injury on the final day of minicamp. Already a raw prospect, the missed practice time has certainly hurt Howard's development, but he still has a great shot to earn a starting job in a lackluster secondary. Sophomore Tony Lippett has been starting opposite Byron Maxwell while Howard was sidelined. Aug 18 - 11:29 AM

He should start practicing again on Sunday and I would think he would play with the fringe players next week to get his feet wet and some time in game 4.

I'm still waiting for news on Culliver. Having him available will definitely put us in a better place. Then with Howard progressing, McCain flashing and Lippett slowly growing in his role we should be "alright" at CB. Shame about Ifo though....

Once we get Howard, Culliver, and Chekwa all back, we should have a pretty solid group of DBs. Even Aikens has looked pretty good in limited play.
