  • I want to see more of Pead

I was really impressed with how this guy ran. It wasn't just the numbers, but the vision, the burst of speed, and the ability to make people miss and break tackles. He seems to have that "it" factor. I am looking forward to see him carry the ball a little more.

Just in case you never seen him play because many haven't.

Pead was one of three players I mentioned as being impressed with. I'm really pulling for the guy. We thought RB may have been an area of weakness because of depth, that may not be a concern now.
While it takes two to have an argument, it only takes one to walk away.

You must've thought Channing Crowder was suited up at camp...

He showed a great deal of potential in college but for one reason or another he couldn't continue that success with the Rams. Let's hope that he can regain his college form with the Dolphins.

Well..it was the Rams who have actually been even worse than the Dolphins in recent years.

True......but Gurley didn't seem to have a problem becoming one of the best RB's in the league for those same Rams. I know Pead will never be in Gurley's league but I thought he would do a lot more.

He did look impressive last week. Want to see some more of that this week. Remember the lift Knowson gave the whole team even the defense against the Pats, game 1 of 2014? Sometimes that guy that plays like a beast inspires his team mates.

Great point. That Knowshon game was great, and you could feel how his effort lifted the team. I hope this guy is an unexpected star.

I saw this comment in a Mango article about the health of the RBs worth a laugh.

"I guess injuries to all the above would leave the Dolphins simply "Pead" off..."

The way Pead flashed he should get more snaps with the twos this week and go from there.

Would LOVE to see us surprise everybody by winning in Seattle on 9/11!
The Pats have a tough opener too, playing in Arizona, Game 2 should be interesting...

Seattle tends to start slowly and build as the season progresses. I'd rather face them week 1 than after week 10.....

Stranger things have happened... Seahawks are doing a lot of talking though about this being their best team ever... 'course that could just be the PEDs talking...

Pats are going heavy on TE play this season to help their OL and passing game since they traded for Bennett during the off-season. Expect a heavy dose of running and short passing game from them.

I like him. Good patience and vision. He's shifty. He gets his shoulders squared quickly and gets upfield. Shows nice burst. Sets up traffic ahead to miss. Doesn't come down with the slightest touch. Got a little Reggie Bush to him. He earned a closer look.
