I think you are pretty much right on. I am not sure how the young LBs will shake out with Vigil and Luc not on your list. But I can't make a solid argument against any of your choices, good job.

For some reason I have a good feeling that Hull will be a good LB. He was one of the best LB's in the Big Ten Conference last year. I think his best fit is at MLB. I could see Vigil making the team instead of Paysinger. I don't think Luc is going to make the roster but he could be put on the practice squad.

This would be mine. I think once Parker is 100% they could drop down to 5 receivers. I also expect a vet OL and DB to be signed after cuts. I wouldn't be shocked to see a vet kicker brought in as well.
