Something happened today. I wasn't sure exactly which day camp officially opens. So I went on to the Dolphins web site. Started looking at the schedule for the camps. Started looking around the team site. Then on the radio listening to Miami WQAM 560 they were talking about signing Foster, and Michael Irvin was on yesterday talking about the Dolphins. And then...it hit me. Football season is right around the corner. Soon it will be camp reports and hearing about how Tunsil is doing, and the other new players. We will be hearing about the style of offense Gase is going to run. It is almost here...football!! Now I am all in. I am excited. Thinking ahead to firing up the grill on Sundays and watching great games all day long. I just love football season. Can't wait. Bring that shit on!

Bueller wants some football NOW! It should be an exciting season with some new coaches and schemes, along with some new faces as well to help boost this team to relevancy. I can't wait to see what Gase and Joseph have in store for the new and hopefully improved Miami Dolphins.

I read camp doesn't start until the 29th? Doesn't it usually start a little earlier than that?

Last year, it started on July 31st I think.

The largest number of question marks I ever remember on this team. New coaching staff, so many new faces, so much talent. But how will all these moving parts mesh? If they all lived up to their potential we could go 16-0. If none of them do 2-14. More likely some will and some won't. I think the biggest factor will be the players buying in and playing with enthusiasm, attitude and as a team. Can't wait to start seeing some of this on the field.

Agree, but at the same time, I feel a lot better about this team and roster than at any point under Philbin. The players see to love Gase and Joseph and to be excited about the changes to the culture and roster.

We usually are one of the last teams in the division to begin TC. Last year NE had rookies report on July 23, vets on the 29th. Miami and NY had all players report 7/29, Buffalo the 30th

I think the CBA dictates when they can open camp. It's a certain number of days before the first game.
