• Class of 2012 QBs.

Does any one QB from this class clearly stand out as the premier guy? I would say, "No." This will be a very interesting season to see which Quarterback from the 2012 class will stand above the others. Here are your contenders:
1. Russell Wilson has the Super Bowl ring. He still has the running game and Seahawks defense.
2. Luck still has the pedigree. Must cut diwn on mistakes, stay healthy and turn the abilty into wins, especially play-off wins.
3. Tannehill has put up some impressive numbers playing under the most adversity. Has his Guru in Adam Gase and the finest stable of receivers in the NFL. O line?
4. Nick Foles can still reflect back on his 27/2 TD-INT ratio. Don't be surprised to see him starting week 1 for the Patriots.
5. Osweiller filled in admirably during the Broncos Super Bowl run. Now he has a great defense, WR Hopkins and Bill O'Brien.
6. Kirk Cousins has already led the Redskins to a division title. They are still in the awful NFC East. Do you like that? You like that!
7. RG III had his mind blowing rookie campaign. Now he gets a fresh start with the powerhouse...Browns?
8. Case Keenum has taken the starting job on his second NFL team. Will get great offensive balance from RB Todd Gurley and ample support from the Ram defense. Pressure high with Jared Goff waiting in the wings.

Wilson and Luck is the Upper echelon. Tanehill is 3rd in no mans land. Everyone else is a true question mark.
Just frolic and live in the now like Dolphins and Man's best friend.

Lots of potential but even more question marks. I think we'll know a lot more about Tannehill after this season.
Can we sign this guy?

In my opinion Wilsonreally turned the corner last season and I really expect him to build off last seasons success. He wasn't reliant on handing the ball off, he aired it out and proved he was much more then a game manager.

I think Luck had a terrible season in 2015 and I expect a bounce-back season from him. I think he starts to live up to the hype he had coming into the league this season. I think Luck and Hilton will tear it up this season.

Cousins will have a lot more games where he can scream and have may more funny sound bytes. I see him turning a corner and proving he is the real deal. I don't think he will be elite but I do think he can be a winner.

Foles will cost the Rams 8 million in dead cap space if they trade him so I expect him to stay with the Rams so we will have to wait on him.

Osweiller is a question mark for me. He had some great receivers last season with a top ranked defense. Well, he signed with a team that have much of the same. They have a great defense and Hopkins and Fuller should make the transition smooth for him.

Case Keenum has a ton of pressure on him. He has the talent but with a number one draft pick waiting to take over at the tiniest of mistakes, I'm not sure he will handle the pressure. He's a good QB,I just k ow Fisher is under a ton of pressure to produce immediately so he won't hesitate to put in California native Goff in to be his new golden boy.

Griffen? Who cares? I really liked him coming out of college but I had him all wrong. He played the race card. The diva card. The entitled card. I can see McCown taking over the starting job and watching Griffen try and get another coach fired because they aren't starting him.

Tannehill?? AHA <Insert Excuses Here> Adam Gase, the quarterback whisperer, the quarterback guru, the quarterback expert might just find out there was a reason why two completely different NFL offensive coordinators were forced to run the same vanilla offense and lose their jobs. IF Tannehill does NOT come out of the gate balling I do NOT expect Gase to sit idly by and lose his job because of Tannehill line so many others have in the past. If Tannehill does not prove he can run Gase's offense I fully expect him to play the rookie and it just might happen. Doughty could prove to be the next "Brady." It's all on Tannrhill's shoulders this season. The entire team has been build around him. His receivers are the best he's had, his o-line is the best he's had and if they sign Foster today they will have the best running game he's had. Bottom line, NO EXCUSES!! Either Tannehill proves he can run a real offense, throwing to the correct receiver on each play, make plays in the redline, etc. or this is his last year in a Dolphins uniform. It should be interesting to see if Tannehill was worth the wait or if his sympathizers will come up with more excuses for him.

Dolphins Freak...I find it funny that you say Cousins is ready to turn the corner based on a half season but you completely discount what Tannehill has done with arguably the worst coaching staff ever assembled. You claim Tannehill supporters always make excuses for him... I say the Tannehill doubters ignore the positives and focus only on the negatives.

I think it's funny when people make their first post on the forum attacking me as if they know me, you know, as if they are using an alias instead of their regular screen name. Aha

Nah, I'm not overstating or overblowing anything. I have stated more than once there were 15-17 moderators. There are exactly 15 forum members with Administrative Power. Of those 15 forum member 7 of them have the title of Moderator, in one form or another. Of those 7-15 Moderators and/or Administrators only ONE of them abuses their power and feels the need to micromanage this forums members, and that's YOU. It must be a tough thing to face up to knowing there are so many and you are the only one name calling and getting involved in everyone's business.

This is NOT your Facebook Group. We don't need a sheriff/yard duty teacher getting in the middle of every little disagreement we are having. We are MEN, allow us to act accordingly.

I will be putting you back on ignore since you are proof positive that power corrupts. Enjoy your next post where you will try and get the last word, but I won't be reading it. 😊

GO DOLPHINS !!!!!!!

Yeah, I'm the big tough guy who abuses his powers here. Why is it then that YOU are the only one I seem to have a problem with??? Why is it YOU are the only one at least one other moderator has a problem with??? If I had your "me against the world outlook", I'd have blown my brains out a very long time ago. There are 5 Moderators here, I don't care how many you count that may still carry the title from god knows when but the only OFFICIAL Moderators here to my knowledge are Matt, Tim, Chris, myself and now Dan. By all means PLEASE put me on ignore because I simply cannot ignore the stink in this room which happens to be YOU. BTW, when you start ACTING like a MAN, perhaps I'll treat you as such. As long as you want to ACT like a SPOILED LITTE KID. that's how you'll be treated.

Webmasters are NOT moderators here clowny. The FACT that Txmedic is listed as such should tell you that is FACT as you know he does not moderate this board. Comm sense prevails here but then again you have NO common sense.

I'm still not sold on Luck. Wilson has proven to be a winner. And thats all I care about.. Pedigree, potential...blah blah blah. Win me some god-damn games and I'll repsect ya.

I researched come from behind 4th quarter wins as I feel it is a trait of a great QB and top of list is Manning with 45 then Brady with 37and Marino with 36. Luck who came out the same year as RT with 10 and super surprising was Tanehill with 9!!! I only remember the one where Sims caught the 3 yard touchdown against Atlanta.

Welcome to the Forum. Please don't let the response you got deter you from posting more often. Most of us don't bite.
