  • Joique Bell ?

Bell stated that he has two contract offers on the table right now. I am wondering if one of them is from the Dolphins?

In my opinion Bell would be a great pick-up IF the team isn't willing to sign Foster.

I doubt it. We seldom make these kind of moves that make so much sense. We probably will keep 4 backs. Ajajyi Drake and Williams are all likely locks which leaves one roster spot open. I would rather have Joique Bell than Daniel Thomas.

Don't forget Pead. I'm actually ok with Pead, Thomas, Williams fighting for the 2 remaining spots.

I forgot about Pead. But, since he has only ran the ball twice in three years it's safe to say that he might not make the team. They need to bring in Foster or Bell. IMO

I don't see how we keep Damian Williams after drafting Kenyan Drake. Daniel Thomas is a better ball carrier out of the backfield than slow motion Damian Williams and Kenyan Drake was taken in round 3 for what he can do as a receiver when we really needed a true RB or an OG. If we keep Williams and Drake over Thomas, we hurt our running game. If we keep Thomas and Williams over Drake, we wasted our 3rd round pick. Drake and Thomas is the only way to go here which leads us to the Thomas trust factor. Do we trust him? I'd guess an overwhelming majority would say no, as would I. I'd like to be better than Thomas and Williams by season's start. Joique Bell is better than Thomas, Williams and Drake. He's effective as both a runner and pass catcher and would even be a stiff challenge to Ajayi to win the starting job. I don't see how our staff could sit contently with what we have when Bell is a clear upgrade to our roster but mediocrity at OG and RB is an obvious recipe to keeping our offense impotent, which seems to follow in line with the overall NFL plan regardless of who we hire as coach. Foster would also serve as a nice upgrade.
