The Throwbacks from the Giants game will be worn twice it seems.

No word what game the ''Color Rush uniform'' will be worn in, but apparently an away game. The color rush should be either Orange or Blue uni's as per rumors...

I vote for orange uniforms for the color rush game and I hope they do it in their second game vs the Patriots.

The color rush game will probably be the Saturday night road game against the Jets on NFL Network since they do the color rush games.

At least it will be against a division rival. I just hope that they come up with something somewhat cool since it is nationally televised game. I have no idea what color rus is, I never bothered to find out. It seems every time you turn around they are coming up with new days or months for a particular group of people.

- White jerseys for Cleveland, Tennessee, Pittsburgh and Arizona home games. Tennessee will be our Breast Cancer Awareness game.
- Throwbacks for Buffalo home game, which will be our alumni game.
- Aqua jersey for New York Jets game, which will be our Salute to Service game.
- Throwbacks for San Francisco game.
- Aqua jersey for New England game.
- Color rush for Thursday night away game at Cincinnati on Sept 29 (NFL will announce colors)."

Hope we inform our our uniforms of the schedule...so they actually show up for some of the games this year......

I can't remember where, but I read navy blue would be the color rush games.

Nike did design us an Orange uniform that has yet to be revealed.

Navy blue just doesn't make sense to me. Aqua, Orange and White have always been the Dolphins colors. Was it Ross and his brilliant design team that added the navy blue into the color scheme or was it a previous owner? I would prefer IF they are going to force fans to watch their team wearing these ridiculous uniforms to at least use one of their main colors during these game. JMO

At least we'll look great for two games uniform wise. As far as color rush I don't see us wearing all orange considering the game is against the Bengals.

I wonder how much extra money it costs fans to have Throwback uniforms......I think those uniforms are ugly, and know that they are very expensive. If you figure 2 throwback uniform games per year, times the number of players on a team, times the number of teams, that's a lot of extra money that the fans end up shelling out for tickets. The throwback uniforms are usually only worn 1 game, and are replaced for the 2nd game. That's a lot of money for something many think is really unnecessary. Some teams are struggling to get attendance up, and jacking the price up to help pay for some uniforms that has no bearing on withier they win or lose. One of the reasons we seldom go to any home games is the cost of tickets......

People spend big money on nostalgic items and many fans over the age of 45 prefer the throwbacks. They pay homage to the golden days and help sell fan items, which in turn help decrease the cost of tickets.

Also, Ross shelled out for the cost of the renovations. Anything to sell merchandise to recoup that money means cheaper tickets.

Maybe so, but some of those throwback uniforms are butt-ugly, and Pittsburgh's is the worst. The color rush uniforms serve no purpose on earth that I can see.

Oh, I agree on some other teams, and the Steeler's in particular, but I love our throwback unis...

The purpose is sales. A lot of fans buy ALL the jersey styles. The more styles, the more sales.

There may have been a leak in regards to the color rush uniforms for each team and if this is accurate, the Dolphins will be wearing ORANGE uniforms.

Yeah, that was ''leaked'' a couple months ago. Some of the colors are strange like the Falcons have gray/silver, the Ravens have a Maryland Flag, the Lions in Black or Navy Blue, Raiders in Gold, Jags in Gold, etc... personally, I like our Orange uniforms... fond memories of Ricky running wild all over teams in Orange. We were undefeated in Orange until Sparano I think.
