It looks like the Dolphins are really interested in signing Hall but would like to wait until May 12th when they can sigh Hall without losing any draft compensatory picks for signing him.
The Miami Dolphins apparently aren't done shopping for cornerbacks. A week after they selected two cornerbacks in theNFL draft the Dolphins have expressed interest in possibly signing veteran cornerback Leion Hall, according to a source.
Hall, who won't be re-signing with the Cincinnati Bengals, is actively searching for his next team. He recently finished visits with the New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons, and he could be visiting the Dolphins in the coming days to take a physical.
The source said Hall, 31, is healthy now, and would love a reunion with Vance Joseph, the Dolphins' defensive coordinator, whom Hall played under for four seasons in Cincinnati. The Dolphins envision Hall as a option for the nickel cornerback spot, as Joseph would prefer a veteran play that complicated position.
