I went to the game last night, as usual I get there 4 hours early and party like a rock star. about 630 I packed my stuff up and headed to the gates to get in. This year they have a new thing, where you can use a mobile ticket on your cell phone. So I stumble my way up there and I give them my phone, she scans my ticket and tells me that my ticket has already been scanned so I cant get in, I go over to the window and start to argue with them and the moral of the story is I didn't get into the game. As I was in line waiting, the people behind me were having the same problem, so obviously this was a glitch in their system. I called my ticket rep while I was at the game and left a message, I am sure that it was a very slurred message as I was in bad shape lol, but anyway, I wrote a letter today and voiced my unhappiness, I wonder what they will do to make it up to me. I have been a season ticket holder for 7 years, and if they do not make it right, I will not be one next year.

I saw where others on the miami dolphins main site were complaining about similar issues and other things, like glitches with sales machines, season ticket holders having seating issues or obstructed views, and other problems. You may want to join the discussion there to get your voice in as well.Comment
