Two questions: What time does the draft start? What is the projected time frame for the Dolphins to be on the clock if there is no trade?
I hope the Dolphins draft someone who will start from day one. #13 is a relatively high draft position and the person taken needs to contribute right away. I'm for selecting a line backer who can anchor the MLB position.

I "think " it is about 10pm EST when the Dolphins should be on the clock. Don't quote me on that though.

eastern. 10 minutes per team but first 2 will be swift so I say 1.5 to 2 hours since each spot is 10 minutes.

1st round of the Draft is this Thursday (tomorrow) night.

Round 1: Thursday, April 28: 8 p.m. ET on ESPN and NFL Network.

Note: Each team has 10 minutes

Rounds 2-3: Friday, April 29: 7 p.m. ET on ESPN and NFL Network. ESPN's coverage moves to ESPN 2 at 8 p.m. ET.

Note: Each team has 7 minutes

Rounds 4-7: Saturday, April 30: Noon ET on ESPN and NFL Network.

Note: Each team has 5 minutes

The Dolphins are currently picking at #13. That should take approx 1.75 hour as most teams will not take the full 10 mins, but some will.

Unless the Fins move up in the draft, we should be picking between 9:40pm and 10:15pm Eastern.

        Draft Order - Round 1

        1. Los Angeles Rams (from Tennessee Titans)
        2. Philadelphia Eagles (from Cleveland Browns)
        3. San Diego Chargers
        4. Dallas Cowboys
        5. Jacksonville Jaguars
        6. Baltimore Ravens
        7. San Francisco 49ers
        8. Cleveland Browns (from Philadelphia Eagles through Miami Dolphins)
        9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
        10. New York Giants
        11. Chicago Bears
        12. New Orleans Saints
        13. Miami Dolphins (from Philadelphia Eagles)

1st round LBs are Jack, Lee, and Ragland... unless Floyd slips in there.
