Ryan Matthews?

It looks like the Eagles are going to draft Ezekiel Elliott so they might be looking to trade Ryan Matthews.

In 2015 he had 106 rushes with a 5.1 yards per carry average and 6 TD's. In 2011 with the Chargers he had 50 receptions for a 9.1 yards per catch average so he has some receiving skills. He is only 28 years old and he has relatively low mileage for a RB of his age. I just checked overthecap.com and he is due to make $4.0M in 2016 and $5.0M in 2017. I think the Eagles might take a 5th round pick for him.

By the way we could get rid of him after 2016 if he doesn't have a good season and he would only account for $1M in dead money in 2017.

Actually the more I think about it, he could be had for a 6th round pick since they traded DeMarco Murray simply for a swap of 4th round picks.

He is often injured so that is a good sign that he is on the Dolphins radar. Is Sproles available?

Then we should just draft a RB. CJ Procise in round 3, Alex Collins in round 4 or Kenyan Drake in round 5. If we don't end up trading for a RB.
