They have us taking DE, DT, and RB in the first 3 rounds...

R1 - DE Emmanuel Ogbah
R2 - DT Sheldon Rankins
R3 - RB Ken Dixon

Not sure how I feel about this... this draft is really deep at DE and RB. Would rather take a CB and OG in the first two rounds... Dixon would be solid in the 3rd round, but I'd rather wait and take Marshall in the 4th.

Lol... really sure they were just plugging holes created by FA. We lost OV, Shelby, and Miller, so they just mocked us 2 DLinemen and a RB.

If we do go DL, Lawson or Nkemdiche would be my choices at #13. Nkemdiche hurt himself with his off-field BS. He was a Top 5 prospect back in Jan. Now he's likely out of the Top 10.

Putting Nkemdiche next to Suh would be a nightmare for offenses. You can't double and triple them both. Nkemdiche was double teamed a lot at Ole Miss and still made a ton of plays. You put him next to Suh and feast. Suh is damned strong and quick. So is Nkemdiche. It's pick your poison for OLs, especially with Mario Williams, Wake, or others coming off the edge.

I don't like that draft for us. I do like Ogbah but not with the 13th pick. He might even be available to us in the 2nd round. I would take DB Eli Apple in the first round. Then if Henry is gone I would take OG Joshua Garnett in the second round. Then either LB Joshua Perry or LB Deion Jones in the 3rd round. DB, OG and LB are our 3 biggest needs.

Yeah, other than Henry in the 2nd, I agree. I doubt Henry will be there though. He's freaking huge and blew up the combine. He should be long gone before pick #42. I could see the Cowboys picking him up at #34 to take the load off Romo, or whoever is their QB...

Apple, Garnett, and Perry would be a Hellova haul for the first 3 rounds. Pick up Marshall or Drake in the 4th or 5th, and we're set for those positions you mentioned. That leaves us more picks for OL, QB, etc...

That is the worst draft that I have ever seen. I should have my wife do a mock and see what she comes up with. She doesn't follow football at all and only watches one game with me, the Super Bowl. I bet she can pick random players at random positions and her draft would look better then the above draft is.

I gave her three lists of names and these are the players she picked, without knowing anything about them, not even what position they play.

Round 1 - Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State

Round 2 - Justin Simmons, S, Boston College

Round 3 - Alex Collins, RB, Arkansas

I never thought of drafting Conklin at all but it actually wouldn't be the worst move. They could possibly kick James inside?

I was thinking Albert... Conklin played both LT and LG at while at MS. Albert or Conklin either one should be able to beat out Dallas Thomas. Bushrod is the swing, but will get a shot at LG too possibly.
