Etrius, I agree that McD needs to give up play-calling, but if he does, it will be his own hand-picked guy because the offense is his design (and what he brought from Shanahan). He is not going to let someone come in that will not call the plays he designed. I would think Frank Smith our current OC could call the plays, they are all McD plays anyways.
