Some interesting comments...
@gunnerhal
Gase will try to split time visiting with D meetings, but "there's a reason" he hired DC Vance Joseph. Says "there's a lot of trust" in him.
@ArmandoSalguero
Adam Gase says Ryan Tannehill excels in some concepts that he hasn't run in a while. "We're in the experimental stage."
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says they're going to have to experiment on offense, where they're at with Tannehill. "Every QB likes different things"
@AdamHBeasley
Gase singles out Landry as a guy he's excited to be around. "He's such a competitor." Said Landry plays with a chip on his shoulder.
@ArmandoSalguero
Gase says when he was in Denver and Byron Maxwell was in Seattle he "challenged us and we had good receivers."
@ArmandoSalguero
Adam Gase said Bushrod played guard-center-right tackle in practice for Chicago.
@AbramsonPBP
Gase on Cameron: "Tight end position in this offense has been one of the strengths as far as match-up issues w/safeties & linebackers"
@apoupartFins
Gase says he feels good about offensive weapons.
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says it was big for DeVante Parker to get experience down the stretch last season. He really liked him coming out of Louisville
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says he doesn't want to mess with Wake, what he's done well. So sounds like he'll stay on left side
@apoupartFins
Gase on Maxwell: Let him play at the line of scrimmage, let him press. We want to try to do that as much as possible.
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says "unless something changes" Kiko Alonso will be in the middle. "it could change. That's in pencil"
@ArmandoSalguero
If the Dolphins find another Mike linebacker, Kiko would bump to WILL -- weak outside linebacker.
Some interesting comments... Kiko at Mike unless we draft someone for Mike, at which time Kiko takes over Will from Jenkins...

More stuff...
@ArmandoSalguero
Adam Gase says Jim Washburn is an expert in Dolphins D scheme. Pass rush specialist coach. "Great addition."
@ArmandoSalguero
Adam Gase is proponet of best available player draft philosophy.
@gunnerhal
Gase on return duties: I'm for whoever our best guy is. But he'd also like to get to where Landry isn't the best guy for that job.
@AbramsonPBP
Gase on 2 or 3 QBs on 53-man roster. "We'll see how it plays out... It's a position you're always looking to develop the next guy."
@gunnerhal
Gase on Tannehill: You have to get him used to bodies flying around in practice.
@AbramsonPBP
Gase on Reshad and IAQ: "We have flexibility with those guys"
@OmarKelly
"Let us get back to some old school training. Let's lift....We want to see a difference physically in our guys from strength," Gase said.
@apoupartFins
Gase says Kenny Stills will be more involved in the offense. "He definitely will be." Says Bears tried to acquire him last offseason.
@OmarKelly
"If we can figure out a way to stay healthy we can really have a good group," Adam Gase on the receiving corp.
@apoupartFins
Gase: "I'd like for both our offensive and defensive lines to be our strength."
@ArmandoSalguero
Relative to young CBs, Gase says "somebody's going to have to step up."
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says he's more in to efficiency with RBs than yards per carry. "If it's 2nd-and-1 and you get the 1st down, you did your job"
@AbramsonPBP
Gase says he sees Chris McCain at DE. "We want to put him in a position to stay in one spot"
@AbramsonPBP
Gase really likes the depth at DE. "A good player is probably going to get cut somewhere."
@apoupartFins
Gase: If we're healthy coming out of training camp, that front (four) is going to be tough.
@ArmandoSalguero
Adam Gase is very involved in personnel. "Mike and Chris are sick of me." Says his office should be by their office.
@apoupartFins
Gase on Dion Sims: I'm interested to see how far we can bring him along. I expect him to be an important piece of what we're doing this year
@apoupartFins
Gase: "We're going to be a 4-3, penetrating, attacking-style defense. We're looking to be a defense where we'll bring it in waves."
Agree with him on BPA in the draft - not just reaching for needs.
Interesting comments on the ''old school training''... he seems to think Philbin was soft and soft on the team. I wonder why?
Like him stating that he's heavily involved in the roster and personnel moves.
And there's our defense... 4-3 attacking D. Nice. Hated that shat Coyles would do with laying back and dropping Wake and others in coverage.
@apoupartFins
Gase on LBs: "We want guys that want to hit."

Gase has put the OL on notice...
"It's kind of always on the offensive line it looks like," Pouncey said this week at the NFL owners meetings. "You got to go out there and you got to do your job for [Tannehill], because we know once that kid stay on his feet, he can be a special football player. So we're going to do a good job keeping him on his feet."
Pouncey said keeping Tannehill clean is a "big focus" of the offensive line this offseason. Miami averaged just 19.4 points per game last year, and a big reason was due to negative plays in the running and passing game that stalled drives.
Tannehill has been battered and beaten. To the quarterback's credit, he's never complained and still posted back-to-back 4,000-yard seasons. Tannehill said he took several weeks off to rest and recuperate his body and feels 100 percent again.
"I know we have to play better," Tannehill said. "I know that being healthy at the tackle position will definitely help improve our offensive line play and just being consistent. It was like 12 games [last year] with a backup offensive lineman in, and it's tough to be consistent and it's tough to play at a high level with that many games with backup linemen."
Armando mentioned a while back that they were focusing on Dallas, Douglas, and Turner getting stronger. Gase's comments on ''old school training'' is interesting as well. Makes you wonder what Philbin had these guys doing out there...
Someone remind them of this:
Turkish: It's an unlicensed boxing match. It's not a tickling competition. These lads are out to hurt each other.

Campbell called them out for not being tough enough as well. Seems Philbin was much more finesse that we even knew.The Dynamic Duo ! - BOOM! POW!

Really liking Gase so far... and he slammed Omar - hard.
Hysterical...
Omar - speaking to Gase about his own speculation of moving Walt Aikens back from S to CB...
Gase: ''That's news to me. We haven't even talked about it. Your sources are terrible. You're like 0 for 4.''
Armando and Abramson were giddy... lol...
Omar hasn't been put down like that since Kevin Burnett told him to STFU and get out of his face.
