Meh. Hazel is my dark horse 4! Rest will be on scout team.
Just frolic and live in the now like Dolphins and Man's best friend.

He played guard in Pop Warner football so they thought they would take a flier on him.

Why? Hazel is better than him. We need to sign the best remaining free agent OG on the market and if we don't plan on drafting a corner in the first round then we also need to sign Patrick Robinson.

Griff Whalen also becomes returner option for Miami. In 3 yrs with Indy, has 46 punt returns (8.2 average) and 25 KO returns (25.8 average).

Could be that he's preserving Landry... and Christiansen gets one of his own... also probably means the end of Christian Jones off ST.

well if he can do a good job of returning punts and kickoffs then fine.

This is a depth/competition signing. STs as well so I like it.

If Whalen can take the place of Landry on kick/punt returns, that would be great (At some point we're gonna seriously regret having Landry back there!) but i think i found the obvious reason Miami signed him..He was IR'd his rookie season with a broken foot and he was IR'd late this past season with broken ribs before ultimately being released,, of course he was......
