The Miami Dolphins didn't know he was a guard when they setup the visit. They just heard he was injured so they setup the meeting.

I think it's either a league rule or a Fins prerequisite; we can't or won't sign ANYONE unless they've suffered a somewhat serious injury in the last 6 months!

Everyone is coming to Miami for a visit. It makes sense - it's really nice there this time of year.

Considering Albert and James neither one can stay healthy, signing Bushrod makes sense... we're sure to get a 1/3 of a season of decent tackle play that way... right? lol...

I'm sure the FO will be drafting the best OLman out of Bumfook Buttercup U in the 5th, along with scouring the waiver wire and waiting for camp cuts for bodies... again.

yeah, they can never stay healthy tending to always miss time due to injuries...So i guess the thinking is let's just cut to the chase & sign guys who are already hurt, that way it's not a surprise...

I see what you did there!!!

You're saying get them NOW when they're injured and there's a greater chance they'll be healthy during the season as opposed to having them healthy now when it doesn't matter and injured later when we need them.
