  • Ravens expect OL Kelechi Osemele to leave via FA

I wonder if we stand a chance at landing him...I've read that b/c he can play Tackle as well as his Guard position he might come with a pretty hefty pricetag!

Last week, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco expressed hope that the cap space created by his new contract would allow the team to keep players like offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele. That likely won’t be happening.Per a league source, the Ravens are bracing for Osemele to leave via free agency. At a time when the chatter throughout the league [more]

The Dolphins should be bringing him in and offering him league minimum sometime this week.

He's going to want top dollar so he may be too expensive for us. Love to have him if possible, he'd fill a need at guard and could also be a backup Tackle.
While it takes two to have an argument, it only takes one to walk away.

He'll be 27 and entering his prime this season. He's getting a LOT of attention as one of the premier FAs on the market. Would love to have him, but not sure we can afford him. He has played RT, LG, and LT for the Ravens. Only time he's ever played an entire 16 game season was his rookie year though. Played in 14 games each of the past 2 seasons.

KO has been my top target all offseason. He will instantly fix the Oline this year and would probably be the future LT.

We look to make a BIG SPLASH in FA every year...Why can't we make KO our BIG TICKET item this off season?!

On a somewhat underwhelming note, I hear we're talking to JR Sweezy from Seattle. He's not bad....but my wife is a huge Seahawks fan, so I saw a lot of their games. He's very prone to holding and only somewhat of an improvement over what we have in my eyes.

Would You Want This Face Looking At You

He ranks LOW on PFF but he isn't injury prone.
