Mario Williams was just released by the Bills which means that OV is no longer the premier passrushing DE available in FA..This could ultimately help keep OV in Miami at a more realistic price point...

Dumped Mario's salary to sign him..it's a possibility...Currently they're having problems re-signing another of our cast-offs. They're wanting preferential treatment on a new contract with Richie Incognito because they were the only team to take a chance on him..and Cog is saying screw that, gimme my money!

Not a Mario fan, He's 31 and had 5 sacks and 15 tackles last year, a contract year. I would bet anyone that OV has more interest and gets a better deal than he does.

No effect whatsoever. Mario - while once amazing - is now in decline and only has a year or two left. OV is just entering his prime and has the next 5 years or so playing at a likely higher level than he has to this point.
Mario is for a team hoping to win a Superbowl this year that needs a vet pass rusher. OV is for a team building a defense for the next 5-7 years.
