Confidence in Dolphins young guys?

We have a number of young guys on the roster. Depending on how things shake out in FA and the draft, which ones do you believe can start or, be solid in playing major minutes?

O- Ajayi, Sims, Douglas, Turner.

D- Fede, Jordan, Phillips, Hewitt, Vigil, C McCain, Hull, B McCain, Lippett, Aikens.

I know everyone is down on Douglas but he may beat out the rest if we decide to go One Guard in FA and don't pick a Giard high in the draft. I'm rooting for Hewitt to be the next poor mans Zach! If Lippet is such a good athlete then any possibility we can convert him to be a good Free Safety? We could use his length and hopefully he has enough speed and can be taught good angle.
