I like it! We need that kind of leadership. Someone to keep the offenses head in the game. If he can do it on Offense, and Suh on defense.

And I think he will help With Tannehill's leadership role whereas Wallace undermined it. I think he's a great addition.

I agree with all of you on Jennings. Not sold yet on Suh as a leader other than as a competitor. He got into a brief scuffle in the 6 or so plays against Chicago. I would like to see him rise above that mentality. He no longer is struggling for recognition. He is the highest paid defender in the NFL, he needs to carry that mantle with some dignity, there is always another snap to get even. Be a pro, act like a future Hall of Famer. The talent is undeniable, now we need to see the dignified leader.

I like the nastiness he brings but it is a fine line and easy to cross if you're not careful.

I think Jennings could have a great year. Kind of like Irving Fryar did when he came to us late in his career. And we needed a veteran in the receiving corp.
