I remember when we were looking at signing him.... So many people on these (the old) forums crying about a signing a dumbass bust. How many of those same guys would give their left nut for him now? Geez I hope for a future where I wont have to fight with my kid because he wants to be a patsies or a seahawks fan.

I think Tannehill has a higher ceiling than Smith. Smith is just surrounded by a far superior team.

100% in agreement. Smith is on a far better team, has a much better line and is coached by Andy Reid. Apples to Oranges comparison.

I like Smith but he did comment when the 9ers eventually gave him the deal that he only intended for a free trip to Miami.
