Is a perfect recipe to turn a bad Organization in to a complete Dumpster fire.... Ross should walk away out of respect for all us fans that have been rooting for this team for decades.. ROSS! YOU SUCK!

I disagree. The fans should throw Ross into the dumpster and if it catches on fire.
