    1. TEN 3-12 .492
    2. CLE 3-12 .536
    3. SD 4-11 .523
    4. DAL 4-11 .529
    5. SF 4-11 .552
    6. JAX 5-10 .471
    7. MIA 5-10 .475
    8. BAL 5-10 .506

These are all the teams with 5 or fewer wins. If the Dolphins lose next week we can't drop below #7. The highest we can climb is #3 if the Chargers Cowboys 49ers and Jaguars all win next week. Here is next weeks schedule of games that we have an interest in.

    Chargers @ Broncos
    Redskins @ Cowboys
    Rams @ 49ers
    Jaguars @ Texans

Here is a mock draft I would like the Dolphins to have.

R1. Jaylon Smith LB Notre Dame - A game changing LB who would add some bite to our defense.
R2. Cameron Sutton DB Tennessee - We desperately need to add a good young corner to our secondary.
R3. Bronson Kaufusi DE BYU - We have to generate a better pass rush.
R4. Joe Dahl OT Washington State - He has played OG and LT so his versatility will be valuable.
R5. Brandon Doughty QB Western Kentucky - Some competition for Tannehill and maybe we get lucky and he eventually replaces him.
R6. Shock Linwood RB Baylor - We let Miller walk and pair him with Ajayi.
R7. Rodney Hardrick LB Oregon - Some depth for the LB corps.

Weird... It's been reported since Sunday that we were drafting #5 and at #6. Now you have us at #7. lol...

      NFL.com is saying #6 currently.

      http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...for-every-team

      6. Miami Dolphins
      2015 record: 5-10 (.453)
      Top need: Cornerback
Other needs: Guard, offensive tackle, inside linebacker
Senior prospects at positional needs: Guard: Landon Turner (North Carolina), Joshua Garnett (Stanford); CB: Maurice Canady (Virginia), Danzel McDaniel (Kansas State), Will Redmond (Mississippi State); OT: Vadal Alexander (LSU), Taylor Decker (Ohio State), Spencer Drango (Baylor); ILB: Reggie Ragland (Alabama), Cassanova McKinzy (Auburn), Kentrell Brothers (Missouri), James Burgess (Louisville).

Analysis: Adding talent to the cornerback position should be one of Miami's top priorities, as Brent Grimes turns 33 this summer and the rest of the roster isn't where it needs to be at that position. The Dolphins have talent on their roster, but something isn't clicking with them. Offensively, the Dolphins are going to have to find better players at both tackle and guard. The offensive tackle position needs more competition and the guard spot needs more talent.

I'd love a LB in the first, but it makes more sense to go DB, IMO, then a LB. Would love to get either Hargreaves or Ramsey in this spot, then take the best ILB available in the 2nd. A guard or tackle in the 3rd, then more DBs and LBs rest of the draft. That is providing we address the OL in FA.

NFL.com has a mock draft that looks like they updated on Sunday. I am not sure WHEN on Sunday they updated it. Most mock draft have the Dolphins picking 8th but those sites don't usually update often. The NFL site looks to be the most current and they have the Dolphins picking 6th.

With Super Bowl 50 in the books, the order for the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft is set. This is the first-round order, with the top positional needs for every team, as provided by Lance Zierlein.

yeah, seems like figuring out the strength of schedule and draft position is harder than trying to figure out a woman! Anyway, it's close to 100% likely with N.E. fighting for homefield advantage in the playoffs that we'll be ending the year at 5-11, it would be awesome to move up into the #3 or 4 spot, hopefully no worse than 5...I think Hargreaves goes in the top 4 but Ramsey will probably be there if we elect to go that route (Obviously this is all subject to change a million times between now & the draft)...I'm torn here because both our secondary and our LB unit is absolutely awful...

Nothing is harder than figuring out a woman. lol... 16 years ago I moved a plate of brownies from the stove to the microwave before I went to work - without eating or disturbing a single one. Last night the redhead brought up the time she was pregnant with our twins and I "stole" her brownies. She still gets pissed about me moving those brownies after all these years... Dafuq? I welcome trying to figure out draft position. lol...

I agree on being torn between LBs and DBs, but we have nothing at DB aside from Jones. Ideally we score both Ramsey and Ragland with our first 2 picks.

Since we bought the 114 million dollar man you build around that. LB should be the first pick. Stop the run and sack the QB and your secondary will look a lot better.... Smith would be my pick in the #1st. Plus a DB takes longer to adjust in the NFL than a LB... Smith starts day one and has a immediate impact..

I would gut this team and do what you are talking about. I mean gut this team from top to bottom and get rid of ALL players that they can who just are NOT living up to their contracts. Tannehill? Gone! Pouncey? Gone! Grimes? Gone! I would use free agency to find some HEALTHY offensive linemen who can actually block and I wouldn't be afraid to sign 3-4 of them. Then in the draft I would look to replace Tannehill and build the greatest defense possible. If there is still money for free agent signings I would sign some defensive players there but I would draft a QB and nothing but defensive players and a lineman, depending on what happened in free agency.

Trade Tannehill, Pouncey, Grimes, Stills, etc. and I am sure the Dolphins can get a minimum a 1st round pick, 2nd round pick and a 3rd round pick. With two picks in the first THREE rounds I think that would be a good start. They could draft a middle linebacker and a quarterback in the 1st round. Then in the second round they could double up on DB's and the 3rd round they could look at DE's, Safeties or the other holes on defense. JMO

lol,, yeah, they all seem to have a great memory..unfortunately it's a memory of shit never happening quite like they remember it...I'd absolutely love to land Hargreaves, though i don't quite see it happening..If he's off the board, not sure which way i'd lean...Question, is Jaylon Smith a stud, instinctive playmaking LB and who would you compare him to?? A playmaking LB would do wonders for this listless D...

Yeah, i think we're way past the point of trying to think we're just reloading anymore..It's high time this whole thing was burned to the ground & only then can we start the biggest rebuild this franchise has seen since we were an expansion team...

That has been where I've been at for some time now. I was willing to give Tannehill the benefit of the doubt coming into the season but from what I've seen he has hit his ceiling. The coaching staff blew it by not bolstering the offensive line and instead got Tannehill a bunch of new toys he could never figure out how to play with. Now, they are all fired and the QB looks terrible. It's time to start anew and do so from the ground up.

There is no reason to pay your center top dollar especially when he can't stay on the field. They should trade him now while he is still worth something. He's an All Pro center and they could probably get a high draft pick for him even with the injury. If they are lucky they can get a 1st round pick for him but I am confident they can get at least a 2nd round pick for him. Tannehill can be traded to someone for a first round pick, I think. He has a "decent" contract that if a team thinks they can fix his issues quickly, they can get more use out of him then the Dolphins ever will. Trade him now and pick up a 1st round pick for him and use that pick to get a real franchise quarterback. They could use the 2016 draft to get the TWO faces of the franchise, the Quarterback and the Middle Linebacker. That would be awesome! Then go after some DB's and other defensive players and this team could hit the ground running in 2016 as long as they were able to sign some seasoned veteran o-linemen.

Show me a mock draft that includes a new owner and stadium, because whoever we get I guarantee will fall into our losing ways. We need an exorcism or ask the Marlins to play in their stadium😮

yeah, i used to always say that this team needed an exorcist more than anything else! Pretty funny, because i remember when we used to always use the baseball diamond in the middle of our field for an excuse for losing...

I don't think there is any question our top two picks should be ILB and CB (not necessarily in that order). While my heart tells me to get the LB to be the heart of our defense - and let us actually get full value out of Suh, I think maybe CB is the bigger need. I think in my dream scenario then Myles Jack's injury would drop him to us in the second...

But what if one of the top 2 QBs falls to us??? Do we pull the trigger? I'd say no....but it's intriguing.
