Has there been any explanation as to why the refs called PI against Landry which wiped out Cameron's TD catch. I watched the replay of it and there is no way that was PI. Thats the most absurd penalty I have ever seen called. Landry simply ran his route and one of the defenders ran into him.

that really bad call gave the game to the colts instead of needing a td at the end we only needed 3 but that's a poor excuse because with nothing to lose why did the dolphins only go for 3 when they should have went for the td ?????? I sure hope the new dolphins coach keeps dan I like the guy but not as our head coachComment

The refs were calling a penalty on Landry for a 'pick play', something that the Patriots illegally do on every series of downs that they have the ball. I don't agree with the call because it wiped away a touchdown but I am not complaining because I want this coaching staff fired, I want this worthless quarterback gone and I want a better draft pick for the Dolphins so they can improve faster IF they have better people scouting and drafting players."If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking." - George S. That was a terrible call. The only thing the NFL can say is they made a mistake. If anything that was illegal contact by the safety for hitting Landry 20 yards down the field. At the end of the day the call saved us because at this point this team needs to be a top 5 draft pick. We need a lot of help. Top 5 pick will give us some options of either trading back and getting more picks or picking an impact player that will start day one.

Thats the only thing I can think of was that the refs were calling it a "pick play", but Landry's route had nothing to do with the play where Cameron caught the ball. Landry is allowed to run his route as long as he is not blocking a defender and thats exactly what he did. The defender was the one who made contact with Landry. Maybe it was for the best since if it wasn't for that bogus call we probably would have won the game since we would have only needed a FG on the last possession. I will take a meaningless loss for a better future.Comment

I agree with the sentiment but the terrible calls we seem to get every week is really starting to burn my butt. It appears that we get some of thestrangest penitilies called against us. When other teams, not just the pats, can do the same thing and its no flag. I really think its time that the NFL got off their wallet and instituted a ref school and hired full time ref that actually traveled and did not officiate the majority of games for a single team. Seems like pats always get a homer as their ref. It also seem that the Fins get a pats homer also.
