Yep we had him stashed and we couldn't coach him up. Philbin and his cronies!

Seriously? The Bills just promoted Gilly to the roster a couple weeks or so ago, and in 3 years he has finally scored a TD as a backup RB. Congrats to him, but he was on their PS team most of this season and probably wouldn't have even made the roster there if they had other options behind McCoy. Let's not act like he's tore the league up since being released.

Gilly couldn't stay healthy here or beat out even Williams. He's certainly not better than Miller or Ajayi.

Guys I'm upset at losing due to Philbin are mostly on defense.

      YMMV.

Amazing what a decent oline can do. Even makes Gilly look good. lol

There are at least 6 former Dolphins playing for Buffalo right now and they all look better than they did here. Just saying. Off the top of my head they have Hogan, Clay, Gilislee, Incognito, Carp, and Thiggy.
While it takes two to have an argument, it only takes one to walk away.

They all look pretty much the same to me, with the exception of Hogan and Carp. Hogan was raw and is still a 3rd WR. Carp has definitely been earning his keep for them, but he missed a lot of makable FGs while here. Maybe it was the sea level and humidty that affected him. Clay is just under his prior pace to match his best season ever here. He only has 3 TDs and 500 yards on the season. Cameron has 2 TDs and 300 yards for us. Neglible difference except that Cameron has dropped a lot of catches here...

Cogs is still a mauler and getting flagged for holds. Gilly may develop over time, but he's still 3rd fiddle to McCoy. Thiggy is meh.

Again, I'm more upset over the loss of defensive talent under Philbin than any of these guys.

I agree with Cuch. Gillisuit probably got that TD because he was hidden within the other JAGs.
