R1. DE Oklahoma State - Emmanuel Ogbah - I don't think Jaylon Smith, Vernon Hargreaves, or Jalen Ramsey will be available when we select. So we take the best DE available. At best only OV or Wake will return next year so DE is a need. Ogbah is a complete DE in that he can rush the passer and is stout against the run.
R2. DB Iowa - Desmond King - He should be an immediate starter whether or not Brent Grimes returns next year.
R3. LB Auburn - Cassanova McKinzy - Another immediate starter for our defense who should be an upgrade over Kelvin Shepherd.
R4. OT Stanford - Kyle Murphy - We need a better backup OT than Jason Fox.
R5. WR UCLA - Jordan Payton - If we don't resign Matthews and we release Jennings then we will need to add a WR.
R6. QB Indiana - Nate Sudfeld - He has good size at 6'5 240 a strong arm. He was voted 3rd team All Big 10 Conference. He completed 61% of his passes for 3,184 yards with 24 TD's and only 5 INT's. He played at a high level in a major conference with not a lot of talent around him so I think he has some upside.
R7. K UCLA Ka'Imi Fairbarn - I think we need a better kicker. He was 20 for 22 on FG's in 2015 and made a 60 yard FG.
