    Clean house

    We need a thorough house cleaning this offseason. I would hire a new GM and let him hire the new HC but Ross probably won't fire Tannenbaum.

    We are stuck with Tannehill for another year but I would draft a QB so he can hopefully be ready to take over and start in 2017.

    I would primarily look to improve our defense and o-line this offseason. Those are the weakest areas of the team.

    last I heard HICKEY is the GM...though his name wasn't even mentioned in the recent Herald interview with T-Baum. That Hickey allowed this shows he has no spine, not willing to fight for HIS picks. The draft will be another disaster with T-Baum, who has now succeeded in crippling 2 teams in the same division!

      Hickey is nothing more than a glorified scout.

        Agree with GC. Tbaum is the VPO and "Czar". Hickey runs the scouting dept and handles the draft board. This is Tbaum's show for the foreseeable future. Agree with FTL that the weakest areas are OL and defense.

        This off-season is going to be the most important one in a decade. Either we fix the issues plaguing the team the past 4 years, or we need a complete rebuild at the end of 2016 from the QB on down.

          I think the weakest areas are offense, defense, ST's, F.O. & coaching (not necessarily in that order) other than that..how did you enjoy the play Mrs. Lincoln???

            You missed ownership. It starts there and rolls down hill.

              Yup, i agree..I was gonna throw ownership in there with the rest of it, but figured it was implied...

            As much as I loath Tannambaum he did manage to assemble a great oline and dline while at the Jets. All I want is an offensive line that can block. We have very talented RB's and WR's, and as bad as Tannehill has been it looks like we're stuck with him for at least one or two more seasons. Give the guy a decent oline so we can run the ball and limit his throws to less than 30 a game and we can at least compete.

              Very few teams can win through the air, you must have a ground game, 50-50, just like the Marino days, we abandon the run 3 mins into the game.....
