Agree on Val in that role. Probably his best ever performance - even if you do still have a framed poster of "Ice Man" ;-) -
lol, isn't that his role in Top Gun??..I have to admit, i think of one of about 10 people my age who have never seen that movie from beginning to end...Also, as far as Doc being Vals best performance ever, i don't think there's anything remotely close!

.. and all i got to say is "Say when" - God i freakin' love Val in that movie (It's a great movie all-around, but i swear i'd buy a DVD of just the Doc scenes!)
