You should be able to click on the box where it shows the "Likes" count and it should show them to you.

I like having the "likes" anonymous. On the Phinatics forum it seemed as though a couple people used it as an immature way to TRY and get involved in a debate with people they didn't like without saying anything just to bother the person they didn't like. It's a junior high way of using a feature on a forum.
