  • Todd Gurley; as good as advertised!!!

Everyone here from the Phinatics site knows how much i wanted this guy; i posted it so many times that everyone was probably getting sick of hearing it. I just knew that this guy was gonna be the NEXT GREAT BACK & i was getting super-excited as the draft drew closer because it was starting to look like we might actually draft him..Well, we'll never know as the Rams jumped all over him @ #10, just 4 spots ahead of us, such is the life of a Fins fan!!! I have no idea whether we were seriously considering him or whether it was all a smokescreen but i was almost relieved the Rams took him because i would've been devastated if he was there @ 14 & we passed! I fully believe Gurley is a once in a decade talent, similar to an Adrian Peterson type who is gonna tear the league up for years to come...

I know it's only 2 games, but he had 159 yards on 30 carries today after going over 145 yards last week..he's a 230 pound MONSTER, with speed & moves, just the type of RB Miami needs to take the pressure off Tannehill..IMO, the only question that remains is if he can stay healthy...Man, why can't we ever land a talent like this???

I'm glad the rams took him too because I was equally divided between him and Parker. Had they both been there I'm not certain which way I would have wanted the team to go.
While it takes two to have an argument, it only takes one to walk away.

With our pathetic o-line he wouldn't be doing squat.

Actually our line graded out about average in the run but for whatever reason we don't attempt it often enough.

Poor play-calling, working AWAY from our strengths...

I wouldn't have been upset with Gurley at all...I said all along that if he checked out healthy he was my top rated player in the draft. He is special.
